NDO - The Australian government and the Vietnamese Ministry of Planning and Investment on December 13 jointly launched Aus4Reform – a four-year long programme to boost the productivity and competitiveness of Vietnam’s economy. (Dec 13, 2017)
NDO/VNA – The business community will define the future of the Vietnamese economy in the coming decades and serve as an important driving force to achieve prosperity, stated Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc at the 2017 Vietnam Business Forum (VBF)’s year-end session in Hanoi, on December 12.
NDO – There are indications that the task of cutting from one third to half of the current business conditions, that may hinder the business investment, in 2018 is feasible. The fact has been proven that, only with the synchronous and timely participation of the whole State management system, the attractiveness of Vietnam’s business environment has been promoted significantly in the world rankings.
NDO – Various trade fairs, introducing high-quality agricultural products and handicrafts from Hanoi and other provinces across the country have taken place. Through the fairs, many high-tech applied agricultural enterprises have found more and more agents and partners, while diversifying their products, expanding their production scales and applying more advanced technology models. The result shows the important role of the units that have been organised, such as the Hanoi Promotion Agency (HPA).
NDO - The Vietnamese Regional Specialties Fair 2017 officially opened at the Royal City Trade Centre in Hanoi on November 23, showcasing thousands of specialties from 55 provinces and cities around the country at 250 pavilions.
NDO – In order to increase export turnover, Hanoi has implemented activities on trade promotion, cooperation, and support among enterprises in the city. The capital’s export turnover made breakthroughs in 2017, with one of six socio-economic targets exceeding the plan.
