Passionate Nghe Folk Singing

Nhan Dan Online – Thousands of artists from 21 Vi, Giam singing clubs in Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces participated in the 2012 Nghe ‘Vi, Giam’ Folk Singing Festival, which was held from June 23-25 with the aim of promoting the beauty and value of this unique folk music genre. Performances during festival at the opening ceremony at Ho Chi Minh square in Vinh city, and at different venues such as Binh Minh square in Cua Lo town, Kim Lien commune in Nam Dan district, Nghi Lien commune in Nghe An province and Nghi Xuan district in Ha Tinh province attracted a large number of local residents and tourists.
