NDO – An exhibition on outstanding individuals and organisations that have excelled in the “Studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example” campaign was opened in Hanoi on May 11.

Organised by the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Education and Communications and the Ho Chi Minh Museum, the event is part of activities to celebrate President Ho Chi Minh's 127th birthday (May 19, 1890 – 2017) and review one year of implementation of the Politburo's Directive No.5 on learning and following Ho Chi Minh's thoughts, morals and style.

The opening ceremony was attended by Politburo member Vo Van Thuong, who is also head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Education and Communications, and some leaders of departments and ministries.

The exhibition showcased nearly 300 images, documents and artifacts on Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral example.

The organizing board also recognized the achievements of 61 organisation and 66 individuals participating in the “Learning and following Ho Chi Minh's thoughts, morals and style” campaign.

They were selected from nearly 400 individuals and organisations in socio-economic development, defence, security and Party building work.

The display will run until July, 2017.
