NDO – The Association of Vietnamese Photography Artists, in association with the Photographic Society of America (PSA), opened the PSA international photo exhibition in Hanoi on June 2.

The exhibition brings together 148 "photographic moments" from 148 professional photographers and amateurs from 43 countries worldwide.

Because the authors are from every country in the world, the exhibition provides a diverse space for the images on the subject, content and form of expression. With the development of camera technology and the image-editing technology of photoshop, many photos have attracted the viewer's attention to the colours, detail and layout.

Through the photo exhibitions, domestic and international photographers have the opportunity to exchange and share about their works, photography trends, experience, and machine skills etc., contributing to enlarging the photographic playground for photographers around the world, including many Vietnamese photographers.

The exhibition will run until to June 17, before being displayed in Ho Chi Minh City from July 21 to August 5.

The Photographic Society of America (PSA) is a worldwide organisation for anyone with an interest in photography. Founded in 1934, the Society is for casual shutterbugs, serious amateurs, and professional photographers.

PSA has members in over 80 countries. Individual and photo organisation memberships offer a wide variety of services and activities: a monthly journal; online photo galleries; image evaluations; study groups; courses; competitions; an annual conference; opportunities for recognition of photographic achievements and service; and discounts on photography-related products and services.
