The classic must-see ballet The Nutcracker is the most anticipated of the Christmas season. The performance by renowned ballet dancers from Russian ballet theatre Talarium et Lux (Ballet and Night) is running for only one night at the Vietnam National Convention Centre in My Dinh.

Exhibition “Legendary Animals in Vietnam”

Legendary animals are created by man and used as cultural symbols to express ideas and spiritual or religious beliefs. They appear in mythology and are expressed in visual arts.

Vietnam’s visual arts make use of many legendary animals based on those of others cultures and widely used to reflect the country’s religious and ethnic culture.

Exhibition “Japanese Pottery: The Rising Generation from Traditional Japan”

Vietnam Fine Arts Museum

The exhibition will introduce works by 35 artists active at seven major traditional kiln sites in Japan. They differ in orientation, including some who carry on long traditions of pottery production while pursuing ever-richer standards in their craft and others who seek to create individualistic works exploring new forms.
