NDO – Chairwoman of the National Assembly (NA), Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, has affirmed that Vietnam always attaches importance towards the deepening of friendly relations and mutually beneficial cooperation with Mongolia.

The senior Vietnamese legislator made the statement during her talks with visiting Chairman of the State Great Khural of Mongolia, Miyegombo Enkhbold, which took place right after an official welcoming ceremony in Hanoi on January 22.

The NA leader asked Mongolia to consider the reception of Vietnamese labourers to work in Mongolia, calling for an active cooperation between the two sides in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests as well as creating favourable conditions for citizens living, studying and working in each other’s country.

For his part, Miyegombo Enkhbold congratulated the Vietnamese NA on its successful organisation of the 26th Annual Meeting of the Asia-Pacific Parliamentary Forum (APPF-26), whilst highly appreciating the significant achievements Vietnam has obtained in socio-economic development.
