NDO – The Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS), in collaboration with the Indian Embassy in Vietnam, held a seminar in Hanoi on September 21, during which the delegates pointed out a number of policy obstacles and proposed a variety of solutions in order to boost bilateral trade activities between the two countries.  (Sep 21, 2017)
