Bebinca forecast to bring heavy rains as it nears Vietnam’s northern coast

NDO - Tropical Storm Bebinca has moved past Leizhou Peninsula and is approaching the coast off northern and north-central Vietnam, with heavy rains of 250-350mm expected to lash the region until August 18. (Aug 16, 2018 09:55:17)
