The leader asked cities, provinces and mass mobilisation committees at the same level to strictly implement the reshuffle and renewal of their organisational apparatus towards being streamlined, efficient and effective, whilst further accelerating administrative reforms to create favourable conditions for people and businesses.

Localities should brilliantly perform the works of citizen reception, dialogue and settlement of petitions, complaints, denunciations and legitimate aspirations of the people, he said, insisting on the tightened inspection and serious handling of acts of corruption, wastefulness and troubling people and enterprises.
