NDO – Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan offered incense to President Ho Chi Minh at the K9 historical site on the outskirts of Hanoi, on March 3.

K9, located in Ba Vi district, was the place where the body of President Ho Chi Minh was preserved after he passed away in 1969.

The parliament leader said that she was delighted to see so many visitors, including many foreigners, coming to the site and expected K9 to become even more popular among visitors in the future.

She asked the site management board, also responsible for taking care of the President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum in central Hanoi, to continue fulfilling their task of safeguarding these historical sites.

On the occasion, Chairwoman Ngan planted trees and gave gifts to officials and soldiers at the K9 site.
