NDO – Winners of a writing contest on sea and islands sovereignty for young Overseas Vietnamese (OV) were awarded at a ceremony held in Hanoi on December 28 by the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) and the Vietnam Youth Federation. (Dec 29, 2016)
