NDO - The low-cost airlines VietJet Air will shift all of its international flight operations from Terminal 3 to Terminal 4 (T4) of Singapore’s Changi International Airport from March 6.

The shift marks a step up in operations as Vietjet expands services at the world’s best five-star international airport for five consecutive years as well as helping to reduce the travel time by bus from the aircraft parking area to the terminal.

Since its first flights from Ho Chi Minh City in 2014, Vietjet has continued to increase the frequency of flights and launched new routes from Hanoi to Changi, serving the high demand of passengers and contributing to promoting regional trade and integration.

Areas for Vietjet’s inbound and outbound flights have been synchronously designed and are equipped with modern equipment and prominent branding signs. Its check-in counters are located in the same area and feature ticket counters which are convenient for passengers.

The opening time of check-in counters for international flights is still 3 hours before the departure time and the closing time is 50 minutes before departure time.

Vietjet has continuously opened new routes, added more aircraft, invested in modern technology, and offered more add-on products and services to serve all of the demands of its customers. The airline is loved by many for its exciting promotional and entertainment programmes.
