Three people were seriously injured on March 7 in a knife attack in Vienna, the capital of Austria, local media reported.

* About 40 percent of construction companies in Mozambique are in a state of bankruptcy due to the financial crisis that the country faces since the interruption of foreign aid to support state budget, according to Mozambican Confederation of Economic Associations (CTA).

* More than 600,000 international students studied in Australia in 2017, of which China was the biggest source with 184,512 students, or 29.5 percent of the total figure, followed by India with 68,285 and 26,006 from Malaysia.

* US crude oil inventories increased in the week ending March 2, and refineries operated at 88 percent of their operable capacity, or 53,000 barrels per day more than the previous week's average, said the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) on March 7.
