NDO – Party General Secretary and State President Nguyen Phu Trong sent a message of congratulations to Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tariq Al Said on the occasion of the 50th National Day of the Sultanate of Oman (November 18, 1970 – 2020). |
On the occasion, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also extended congratulations to Oman’s Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs Sayyid Badr Bin Hamad Bin Hamood Al Busaidi. |
