NDO – Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh sent his condolences to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla on February 2, on hearing of the news of the serious damage caused by a tornado to four districts of Havana on January 27. |
