Deputy PM visits Thanh Hoa’s public administration service centre

NDO - Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh visited the public administration service centre of Thanh Hoa province on September 5 and worked with provincial leaders on administrative reform.

The Deputy PM asked Thanh Hoa to continue taking synchronous measures to attract large investors and enhancing the attitude and capacity of officials in charge of administrative procedures to the satisfaction of people and businesses.

He also asked the north central province to align administrative reform with the implementation of the resolution on Party building.

Deputy PM Binh called for prompt removal of barriers to administrative reform and the tightening of discipline among civil servants.

On the same day, the Deputy PM visited a nursery school and a Catholic community in Quang Xuong district.

At the meeting with Phuc Lang parish and priest Tran Xuan Manh, Chairman of the Committee for the Solidarity of Vietnamese Catholics, the government official affirmed that the Party and State always create favourable conditions for people to practise their faiths.

He also said he expects the priest and other Catholic dignitaries to continue uniting and encouraging Catholics to take part in patriotic movements, promote socio-economic development and build a cultural life.
