Outstanding Hanoi Party organisations and members honoured

NDO – At a conference held on May 19, over 9,100 Party members under Hanoi’s Party organisations were honoured for their outstanding achievement in fulfilling their tasks .

The event was held by the Hanoi Municipal Party Committee to review the four-year implementation of the Politburo's Directive 05-CT/TW on promoting the learning and following of President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, as well as to commend typical local Party organisations and members during 2015-2019.

At the event, the Hanoi Party Committee honoured 47 grassroots Party organisations that meet the "clean and strong" standard, 518 Party cells under the grassroots Party committees that have achieved the "clean and strong" title, and 9,151 Party members who have met the "Successful completion of the assigned task" standard.

Speaking at the conference, Politburo member and Secretary of the Hanoi Municipal Party Committee Vuong Dinh Hue emphasised that with infinite love and eternal gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi's Party Committee has always proactively and creatively implemented the teachings of Uncle Ho in building and developing Hanoi into a more beautiful, civilised and modern capital city.

The Hanoi top leader asked local authorities to continue to promote the learning and following of President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the entire Party and the whole political system.

He urged each Party committee, organisation, head of the units and Party member and official to enhance their responsibilities and their pioneering and exemplary role to build a truly clean and strong political system at all levels, as well as enhancing the leadership and capacity of Party organisations and the quality of Party members, especially key officials, to meet the construction and development requirements of the capital city.
